FoodBlog – Cape Town Restaurants: Rafiki’s
Welcome to Rafiki’s, my friend!
This restaurant is very down-to earth and chilled, one of those lazy laid back locations where everyone just seems to relax and have an awesome time. This is the reason it has become a firm favourite for locals and tourists.
Depending on the night, you can watch live football games (on one of their six big screen television sets – should be a blast during the world cup or any Champions League game) at Rafiki’s or party with some of Cape Town’s best DJs or maybe you just want to enjoy a few cocktails while you gaze out over Lion’s Head from your seat on the 40m sun-kissed balcony.
@ Rafiki’s the menu offers very easy going type of dishes. Pizzas are fantastic, the burgers are the bomb. They’ve also got a prawn special from noon till 3 pm: 55 bucks gets u 500g of Mazambican SSS prawns. Not bad! Not bad at all!
If you are in the area, just stop for a quick drink. You will find friendly staff and don’t be surprised if u end up staying a few hours instead of a few minutes. One of the best hangouts in Cape Town!
